I'm starting a new exercise program today. Physique 57 is completely new to this exercise addicted girl. I have been exercising for 20+ years, mostly with free weights and light cardio. My muscles tend to be very tight and I'm hoping this will stretch me more, in more ways than one. I am trying the book first, from the library. There are some short videos available on Youtube, but I find these too chatty. If the videos that are available are like these samples, I may wish to stick with the book.
